Who we are

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights over it. It applies to salesachievements.com and all associated pages.
What information we collect
We only collect information you provide directly to us:
- Name and email address — when you submit the consultation request form or newsletter subscription form.
- Message content — the optional free-text field in the consultation form, describing your pipeline situation.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. We do not collect any information automatically through your visit.
How we use your information
- Consultation requests — to respond personally within 24 hours and assess whether there is a fit for working together.
- Newsletter subscriptions — to send occasional emails with practical insights on pipeline fiction, revenue architecture, and sales management. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Form processing (FormSubmit.co)
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form backend service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded to robert@salesachievements.com. Please review FormSubmit's privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using personal data is:
- Legitimate interest — responding to consultation requests you have initiated.
- Consent — newsletter subscriptions, which you may withdraw at any time.
CASL compliance (Canada)
For recipients in Canada, we comply with the Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages where we have express or implied consent. Every commercial email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. To withdraw consent, reply to any email with "Unsubscribe" or email robert@salesachievements.com.
Data retention
We retain email correspondence for as long as the business relationship is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
